What it is
As-built surveys check that what has been built matches the design, so you can sign off, get paid or fix problems early. For earthworks and civil crews we also prepare and check machine control models and pick up surfaces for progress and volumes.

What to send us for a quote
The design files (or drawings), what needs to be checked or picked up, the required tolerance or deliverable, and site access arrangements.
Boundary, re-establishment and subdivision surveys must be carried out and certified by a Licensed Surveyor registered with the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria. We arrange them with a Licensed Surveyor we work with, and tell you who before anything is booked.
