What it is
Set-out puts your design on the ground: pegs, offsets and marks that let excavators, concreters and builders start in the right place. We set out from your engineering and architectural drawings using a robotic total station tied to standard survey datums (MGA / AHD).

What to send us for a quote
Your approved drawings (architectural and engineering), the site address, any title or re-establishment plan, and when you need the marks.
Boundary, re-establishment and subdivision surveys must be carried out and certified by a Licensed Surveyor registered with the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria. We arrange them with a Licensed Surveyor we work with, and tell you who before anything is booked.
