What it is
A feature and level survey records what is on a site now: levels and contours, buildings, fences, trees, services pits and neighbouring features. It is usually the first thing a designer, draftsperson or engineer asks for before starting plans or a planning permit.
What's included
- Spot levels, contours and site features
- Existing buildings, fences, trees, pits and kerbs
- Design and permit-stage site plans
- CAD-ready files: DWG, DXF and CSV
What to send us for a quote
The site address, what the survey is for (design, permit, drainage), who the plans are going to, and any access notes.
